Let me introduce myself. My name is Diane Bonilla and I’m a Grief Transformation Coach, seasoned Mental Health Therapist, and Certified Grief Informed Professional.
I have nearly 3 decades of experience as a mental health therapist guiding countless women through all kinds of loss.
Losing my Mom after a long struggle with Alzheimer's Disease inspires much of the work I do with my clients. At that time in my life, I was also faced with an empty nest as I launched my youngest to college. My own loss has helped me understand the complexity and uniqueness of grief on a personal level.
Hypnosis, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), and Guided Meditation have been an indispensable part of my own healing. It's the predominant reason I'm thriving today. Yet so many grief coaches and therapists don't include these powerful tools in their support. People who are suffering are missing out.

I’m a master practitioner of NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) and hypnotherapy. This enables me to coach and support my clients’ transformations with ground breaking tools.
